Yeah honestly. If someone calls a mod you did to your car stupid, who cares? You obviously modded it that way because you liked it/needed it for a purpose. Everyone has a reason why they modded their cars, and some people choose looks over function. If you like the way your own car looks, then all the power to you! :lol:

Well they parts were made for the car so I guess that's a reason ppl use em oh oh orrrrrrr because originality is being different... Just like everyone else

It's like the hipsters that all look same that never want to conform to anything and do the "hip" new in thing. Absolutely everything we do, be it to our cars, what we listen to, what we watch, what we eat, is all a matter of opnion. I may not like it, the next guy might not, but if you do, power to ya. Somebody out there will like it too. Products (music, movies, parts, food, anything really) are made because somewhere there is a market that wants and likes it, and profit is to be made in the process. Simple as that.

Edit: I wasn't hating on you whitedc4 (Rachel I believe?), I was just writing what your comment made me think about.

That's what happens when you own a Honda, particularly a Civic or Integra. With so many people modifying Civics and Integras, of course many of them are going to look similar. If you really want to be original, build your car for you, and you alone and nobody else. Whatever other people say about your car doesn't matter.

I don't have money for mods. But I don't like complete stock either. So far the most apparent mod I have are BBS wheels.

At least there are people out there still willing to do car stuff like proper car enthusiasts, while thousands of people like those in my area just let a car deteriorate until it's thrown into a swamp in the woods.

And if you criticized Honda enthusiasts for ending up with the same thing, that's not true. Everything is a little bit different in various ways. I think it would be more meaningful to criticize those with no pride for what they drive--those who do nothing. Stock, unmodified cars are stale, unless they are really really expensive.

the OP post is like something a "ricer" would say. that being said i think Ricers are the most original people out there because is difficult to see two ricer cars that look alike.

everything people do in life is because they are influence by something or someone to do it. Everything from what job you have, to what you wear, how you dress and talk, all is influence by what others do or what you've been exposed to. So it's silly to think that the car game would be any different. cant be mad that alot of people like the same thing that you like.

Thats like being a Knicks fan and being mad that the stadium is full of other Knicks fans.......

Thats y i never hate on anyone's car on here. if i dont like it I just read the thread and dont leave a comment.
