Interior painting color for tan integra interior?

So I had no idea how to search for this so I'm posting it myself...ummm. My integra has a tannish color on the interior which I'm sure a lot of you also have. My question is. What color should I paint some of my interior (i.e. visors, center console, pilars etc). Or should I just repaint the same color to look better, cuz it looks pretty bland right now :???:
Where would I even find that paint? thanks in advance!

Painted interiors tend to look awful, find a black interior set on craigslist or something and swap if you can!

If you do it right and are patient with it it will come out amazing.

Was planning on re-doing my entire interior and painting it black, but you can't just spray it on there, you have to sand down the pieces you wanna paint if you want it to look good.

But I'm in the same boat as OP, unsure what paint to buy and how to go about doing this. Following the status of this thread in the mean time *thumbs up*

I havent seen a good painted interior in a long time but if you insist on doing it make sure its a dark surface and make light pass overs with the rattle can or it will drip and most important part is wipe all pieces down real good with rubbing alchol works great to clean and paint will stick alot better hope this helps

wow, that looks good.

I was gonna redo my carpet but after seeing that maybe I'll just rattle can it. Question is will it last and resist fading?

Where did you buy your carpet paint from? How many coats etc and what was preparation if you don't mind me asking

That part ill deff keep yall updated so far its been holding its color espesially if u put floor mats down... Taking carpet out was the biggest part of it.. You have to remove everything lol but i took it out vacuumed and washed it down.. Hang the carpet vertical when painting if u can so u get a more steady and even stream 2 coats should get it done.. Suprisingly the carpet isnt tacky or sticky still kept its form i was impressed saved me some $$$$ lol you can purchase it at local auto store i got mine at advance auto its called viny&fabric by duplicolor

Dsgb that DIY looks too decent! My carpet looks how yours used to and I've been wanting black carpet for a while now. I wish you had of written up a DIY guide with pics and such for us noobs here.

I'd rather paint everything black that I can instead of spending money on interior replacements to get rid of the s**t brown color they chose.

How long did the process take altogether?
