Super Sexy Slammed: Helpful Hints/Tips

Just slammed my Teg today on my new F&F Type1's..
The tires don't rub the fenders, but were rubbing on a piece of the frame metal above the front tires in the front wheel well..
Anyone know what I'm talking about?

It's a thin 2.5-3 inch lip hidden above the plastic splash guard/ wheel well lining..

Well, I was rubbing on that, and it sliced up a few lines of rubber off my front tires.
I have no pics at the moment.

My buddy had the same problem when slamming his Teggy, and he solved the issue by making a few relief cuts with a metal snipper, and hammering it all flat.
I'm thinking about using a dremel..

If anyone knows what I'm talking about, some advice would be nice!

dang.. havnt been here in a while.. anywho, that 'seam' thats in the middle of the wheel well, you should hammer/bend it instead of cutting it.. its what helps keep the fender wells on
Just found my answer..
I need a more specific answer.. What should I use to get this done?

It's kinda like highschool. the freshman doesn't take on the senior..the senior will put the freshman in a trashcan and roll it down a hill.
