Great place to buy from...

bought my clutchmasters fx300 clutch from them and had great communication and very fast shipping. Got a awesome deal on it, even cheaper then i could find on ebay.

Ordered something from them 3 days ago and I haven't heard anything from them.
I had PM'd them on here prior to submitting my purchase.. They never replied (Still haven't replied)..

I made the purchase anyway (early Tuesday 5/31/11)..

I still haven't gotten any update on my order status (almost 3 days later)..

All this, but my payment went through right away. I also noticed that they had activity on here (several posts) since my unanswered PM.

I'm not trying to ruin their rep at all.. But so far this has been the longest any order of mine has taken to process/ship out.
Has anyone else had this experience with them?

Bump; Still no word from these guys. If I don't hear anything from them by the end of Monday (Today is Saturday), I'm calling for a refund first thing Tuesday. I'm thinking the coilovers are probably on back order. If that's the case, it should be stated on the product description prior to checkout. Whatever the reason is, Almost a week so far of no email response - Not good customer service.

Yeah.. I ordered a set of the F&F's for my sisters car (I already have a set of my own).. So I got the "$585 shipped" price with these guys, I've PM'd them on here, and emailed them. I haven't called the number, but will do Tuesday if I don't hear anything before then. How long did it take for yours to arrive?

^^ I ordered on the 24th and shipped NEXT DAY AIR. Its now 8/31 and nothing yet. :/ But my CC got charged for the entire amount of $590. No emails, no update or tracking of any sort. This is a very poor practice of customer service. I will not be returning to them for other stuff.

I was exchanging emails with Karl about some decals I needed done, and he stopped replying. Maybe something happened or he's out of the country. It's been about two weeks since last contact.

^^ well they should at least reply to emails regarding the items customers purchased. I don't see why he cant say something but its ok to charge the CC?

I believe he's a one guy operation like myself, so sometimes we get behind.

I just ordered the Type 1's from them on the 23 and haven't heard from them since, sent them an email today and no answer yet but my card was charged instantly. I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt though, but I mean you just gave them close to $600, least you could expect in return is some customer service,

chances are the website charges your card immediately, its not like he's trying to scam you guys.

Yeah I know, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. It just makes me feel kinda skeptical tis all. I mean if you were in out position wouldn't you be a little worried if you haven't heard from them?

Yeah I understand where you're coming from. I read up on them before I committed so I trust them. Just me being horny about these parts getting the best of me. :lol:
