recently changed my clutch now my tranny is leaking oil from my front passenger axle:evil:
could it be that my seal could be worn out (at least thats wat my friends are telling me) or could it be somthing else?

I believe it just sits there. I had an '83 Toyota Tercel 4wd wagon that was leaking and I replaced that seal. It was old and cracked like plastic but I replaced it. It didn't fix the leak but I trashed the ball joint when taking the CV out.

When you remove the CV you should see it sitting there. It keeps the oil from leaking out

when you pull the axle it is right there on the outer edge of your tranny. mine was a PITA to get out because it had been there for so long.

get a seal removal tool so you dont scar up the mating surface. if it gets scratched it wont seal up right.
