new tire rub!

so today i was rotating my tires right. after switching them i drove it to the gas station and back an when i went around a turn i take ever day i noticed that my back driverside tried rubbed on wheel well. i dont get why it did this never did it before. im looking in to getting tires with a smaller sidewall already. any ideas? my shocks/struts going out? its just weird. im at stock ride height an have 205/55/16s.

try switching back and see what happens, maybe a tire is diffrent

im going to try that tomorrow after work. it just worries me since in the next month or so ill be getting some skunk2 shocks/sturts and coliovers

so i checked out my tires again and thye are both the same size. lol messed up i wonder if somewhere has the tool to rent so roll them so they dont rub anymore.

One tire probably has more thread than the other.

its the camber. at least it was on my car, happened to me twice now so i should know, u just need to adjust it a tiny bit and it will make a big difference. the other wheel was probably worn in the place its rubbing now.

how do i adjust the camber? its weird the tires thats rubbing has less tread on it then the one i switched it with.

Only way you could adjust your camber on the front is to buy a camber kit. :thumbs up

ohh i see. well hmm. its not a front tire thats rubbing

just get a floor Jack bar and roll the fenders and the rear lip.

also a 50 or 45 series would help a ton. it will look better too

yeah ive been thinking about doing this. im just worried it might ruin the body work that i just finished but i think i might give it a try. the opening is a little bigger then that about 3 inches or so.

also a 50 or 45 series would help a ton. it will look better too

yeah i plan on getting new tires after i pick my coilovers an stuff.

Its a possibility that one tire has more tread on it than the other. Like say you were running a bit under the air pressure setting. Its a possibility.

run some 45's.....55's are a little big for my taste
