muffler and headlights

i have 1989 integra and i need suggestion on a high performance muffler that will help gain more power. plus i'm looking for a headlight host so i can add an hid lights

A muffler alone will provide you will very little performance gains if any at all. You are best off doing a full exhaust.

As Klutch said, the muffler alone will give little to no power gains. It will just change the exhaust note.

You'll need to retrofit your headlights to have proper HID lights.

full exhaust is the way to go.. it all starts at the maifold.. stock cast maifolds suck and dont give off a good sound, and a high flow cat with a good axleback. or do a custom.. eitherway do it right!
