Car For sale And i might buy i need help is this worth it?

Alright so this is the listing and was wondering if this car is worth it?

I have not asked him what the turbo company is, might be worried its some ebay turbo.
He said that his friend who goes to itt tech did most of the work and that he has got it street tuned but never got a dyno for it. He said he looked up similar car builds and it has reached over 400hp.

Should i take the plunge and put the money into this or is this to shady?

it looks clean. i dont know if it's 9200 clean but thats your call. i would just check what brand the turbo is. worst case scenario, you can swap out the garbage parts. other than that, i would just look for signs of abuse. good luck!

what are signs of abuse on turbo integras? Ha outside of tire having no tracks and lack of oils and coolant.
