if you're saying to get it done without the airbag being installed, thats not how it works.. It has to be brought back to its original safety. I know, it sucks.
But definitely ask how much it costs to buy it back, and then fix it yourself. You already got someone willing to give you an airbag already.. Half the work is already cut out for you. I hope things turn out well unlike my Yellow Monster. I miss her.. But now I got an Integra

just buy it back.. they totaled my eclipse and no airbag deployed.. all i needed was a hood, radiator, fender, headlight, bumper, and paint.. the only reason I didn't buy it back was because I didn't want a salvaged title car (i was over it) plus I was supposed to be getting a new car soon anyway I planned on getting a DC5 in the summer for my bday but shit happens now i have my GSR

dude......idk the shop you took it to mustve been horrible.....my car got repaired for under $2,100 and my damage was way worst, i needed a radiator, a/c condenser, both new headlights, etc.
that price included paint, and labor. plus they installed my type r lip while they were at it, and painted it!

Glad u had a good 21st mine ended with my car being impounded because my idiot friend (a mustang owner i might add) told me to park where he parked... it was 2hr parking only and we got our cars impounded :\ $396 to get out i was soooo pissed and my own fukken gf at the time stood me up and didn't come thru to party.. Glad u made it home safe
if you're ever in cali we can go hit the bars in pacific beach haha
