theres more g3 parts variable than g2, tough choice! stock g2 stock weight is 2628lbs
Is $2,600 too much? Opinions Please!

The weight difference between each generation are roughly 100-300 lbs.
They are in order from lightest to heaviest by generation.
Im completely excluding the ITR.
1st gen. Around 2300 lbs
2nd gen. around 2500lbs
3rd gen. Around 2600 lbs
4th gen. Around 2700 lbs
It would al depend on what model you have. Each is underweighed and are all obove the weight I just listed. Maybe within 100 lbs all being the coupe models and dry weight.

i agree with slick white teg, theres a lot more aftermarket for g3's than 2s.

I feel more connected to a G2 though. Now I feel like Im driving a car. Lmao
The feel cant be compared to any other car.The G1 has a similar driving feeling, but complety is distorted to a carlike comfy feeling in the G3. To much luxury and softness.
I feel driving in the canyon feeling like Im connected to the ground. The DA sits low.
The G3 cant get as low.
If you have owned a G2, you know what Im talking about.

The interior is perfect! Its roomy.
Every generation got smaller!
If you have been in a G1 the dash is almost toward the windshield. Then starts heading toward you until the last generation.
G2 interior is perfection.....
Gawd I miss my G2
GSR or not. My lil LS had more torque.

i agree completely... i also say that my 94 LS pulled on some GSR's. its hard for me to say no to this car because of how clean it it. KBB doesnt know the potential for what a car's worth, they just have a set value. i know that there is a ton of potential for this g2. if its not my eyes, it seems like the 91 rear hatch window is more "bubbly" then the 93. am i wrong?

I could see you pulling of the line, but once Vtak kicks in, its a done deal unless the GSR driver really sucked or something was wrong with his car. Low end is good, but high is definately lacking power.
Nah. The hatches are the same. Main differences are tailights, bumpers, and front corners especially after the recall for amber.
I forgot to mention that OBD0 had 130hp abd OBD1 had 140hp

ya i meant off the line, vtec always wins haha... damn i hate that back window but maybe when the car is done right its not as noticeable. the more i think about it, the more i fall in love with the da interior... its roomy and simple. not luxurious. i think the amazing condition of the interior in my potential teg is whats going to make me buy it. the rust sucks, but its such a small amount that i can deal with it.
