ya he was saying false cause they are not legal in all 50. they are in TX.

this thread just makes me happy for texas. haha. ya 25+ you just gotta pay up and suffer. i got a 27 earlier this year, it was road rage and it was my bad. i paid ~300 to fucking Grimes county and went on my merry way.

And radar detectors are legal in Texas.

x2. ive gotten pulled twice in my life and that will be the last. first time i got pulled for 80 in a 60 went to school for that one second time i got pulled for going 5miles over lol ticket got thrown for that one.

I'm in the same situation, "clocked going 82 in 55mph." I swear on anything that's holy that I WASN'T going a mph over 60. I live in the mountains and going 20+over the speed limit will put you into a ditch, tree or off a cliff. I have court this Tuesday. My girlfriend and her best friend were in the car with me and have written statements and are appearing with me in court. Shit sucks...

I hope you don't plan on using that argument in court. you need hard facts, not opinions. tell the police you need records of the last time that his radar was calibrated. for your sake, i hope your not lying. cause if his thing has been calibrated within 6 months and he shows up in court, i dont see you winning that case.

the same thing happened to me man, except i was speeding cuz i was rushing home from work cuz my son almost cut his finger off. the cop didnt believe me and took his sweet ass dounut eatin time givin me a ticket. i forgot about the ticket and now im suspended. wat made me happy is that i was really doin 100mph, but he caught me 20 ft from my exit at 80...fuck!!!

I follow the posted speed limits. No moing violations in 3+ years.

Did recently get pulled over 110 in a 50. No ticket because I was honest with the cop :)

I've had my integra since I was 16, I get pulled over like once a week on a "check" they just shine there flashlight in my face and look around, look at my license and registration and ask me where I'm going/What I'm doing and tell me to have a "good night"

0 accidents, 0 tickets, I honestly never speed because I can't afford it lol, I'm saving for school/goodies I rather spend on then a speeding ticket. Yet I've been pulled over about 15 times :/
