i just need the h4h hid bulbs,I have the ballasts already.But the ebay ones don't show a pictures of the bulb

If you want the headlights to work properly with the HID bulbs and not throw light everywhere, yes you'll need a retrofit. Hit up 8UrCivic. He does super clean retrofits.

Hell No. I have them now. The light output sucks. I strongly recommend against them.

You'd be better off with some stock bulbs than the PWJDM. Save up some money and get the Raybrig, PIAA, or Polarg bulbs off www.jdmland.com.

Edit: If you want HIDs, PWJDM offers an H4H set. If you're going to go HID, do a proper retrofit. Otherwise the light is scattered everywhere and is a danger to oncoming drivers.

i hate when fools by knock off hid kits and pop them into there cars with headlights that weren't meant for hids.. blinding everyone on the road ass-clowns
