the only ricers in my area are straight up rednecks that go around sayin "you stink lik dirt i swear" in a hillbilly voice. its a riot man. but in general around my area theres a bunch of ricers and the so called redneck ricers are pieces of s***. the meixcan ricers are badass they only rice out 240s after they mod them. all the mexicans that rice out their cars here are cool people and badass so your stereo type is wrong here. besides its great to do a ricer fly by on a ricer when your all oem 8)

Im sorry but i cant help but notice this. How is affordability the issue? you have to spend extra money to put a retarded looking bodykit and wing and stickers on your car. im sorry but as everyone agrees, OEM is cleanest looking. the best part is it comes on the car already, no need to spend the extra money. I mean thats like saying "hey im broke, so let me spend my last few dollars on this bodykit from the movies instead of just washing and waxing the clean looking car i already have."

And that exactly what it is, people see it in the movies and on tv and say OMGZ THATZ CEWL YO!! and then go waste their money on s*** everyone in thr real world will laugh at them for. It is definitely NOT an affordability issue. If it was then my broke ass would be buying a bodykit that way when i sell it, some self respecting honda (or now toyota) lover will have to spend extra money they shouldnt have to bring it back to stock. Thats almost like saying cars come factory with bodykits and other various forms of rice and you have to either spend the money to go OEM or be broke and drive riced.

I'm hispanic aswell. To be honest, its just the style that most hispanic's are into. I llost to a hispanic "ricer" in the 1/4 mile. Note: I have a 427 7.0 Supercharged chevelle.. I do high 10s low 11s and he beat me twice on his chromed out mustang. Us here are into the oem look. as in JDM/UKDM.. they're into MDM which we all know what it looks like

Im Mexican. My buddies are Mexican.
They have Mugens, Recaros, Springharts, B17s, SIR Civics, Type R swaps, etc...
We are all mexican, just not the ghetto kind.


It would be like if I called a white guy a redneck just because he's white.
Or if I called a black attorney a Thug just because hes black.

this thread is dumb, by the way its their own cars who cares how they make it look. when someone asks for an opinion on rims,color,tail lights,spoiler no spolier anything that has to do with THEIR car we all say "its you car make it look how ever you want" exactly at the end of the day its their car.
