battery relocation

im wanting to relocate my battery to the trunk but was wondering if anyone could help me out on ideas where i could ground it at, any tips would be helpful thanks

Uh I think anywhere that's solid metal should be good. Just scrape off anything that way it makes a good connection with the metal. I could be wrong though. Check G2IC, there's probably a write-up on there somewhere.
 
Ground it strait to the chassis on the back end. Take the paint off where you bolt it down if you want to make sure it gets a good ground.

Also, you might want to add a fuse to the positive wire about 6-12 inches from the post as well. I think most people use 120a. If you want to spend a little more up front but save some in the end, do a circuit breaker rather than an inline fuse.

mine is behind the passenger seat and i grounded mine to the rear selt belt lower bolt. works great. the reason i put it there is because i wasnt about to spend money on a tray and hold down straps lol.
