Can't get the Fuel Filter Banjo Bolts off ,_,

So I went out and bough a new fuel filterr, since my engine has been bogging down and the previous owner doesnt remember how long ago they had it changed. Removed its bracket, got it out, and now when me and my buddy try to unbolt the banjo bolts (lefty loosey), they absolutely will not get loose. We've sprayed it with WD40, but still it just won't unbolt so I can swap out my filters. Any help?

I did. We did. But I can't get from the diagram if it needs to still be bolted against the firewall or disconnected from it ,_, and if Its threaded to loosen to the left or the right ,_,
well i think we did it when it was off the fire wall,i held it while my friend loosen it.I just don't remember if it was left or right,i think left

I usually leave it connected to the firewall, don't forget to remove the gas cap too.

Dude I have done several and I haven't found one yet that didn't take and act of congress to get those bolts loose. No matter if it is on the firewall or out of the bracket. Work out some more then go take it off lol. Might try getting a big breaker bar n a friend to hold it. Good luck
