anywho, being in san diego, theres lots of cars with mexico plates on beat up cars with altezzas, body kits, cheap exhausts, aluminum wings and stickers.

im not saying all mexicans (or people from down there) have cars like that. i have seen some pretty clean ones every now and then. my guess would most likely be stolen, but what do i know.

its funny when i go over to visit family you can drive on one street for a while and you go thru the neighborhoods and for a few blocks at a time you only see one kind of ppl...
