I havent noticed much glare, at least no more so that you would have with a regular mirror. Great investment though

Mostly just style, but the fact you can see 175* with essentially 0 blind spots is a pretty big plus

That's the Rally brand wink mirror.
Actual Wink brand mirrors are a bit more expensive. The real old school Wink brand mirrors are made of a stronger plastic and the mirrors themselves are real glass not plastic.
