they didnt make a type r in those years. I think they started making them in 94.

You sir have a cable clutch not a hydrolic clutch. The best thing you could do is pick up a gsr tranny. 90-93 tranny.

You can do a hydro trans if you want....but I'm not to fond of those conversion kits....love my cable..lol
 
What's the best hydraulic trans for a 91 integra? I've been hearing type-r. Is that so?
If you want a hydro trans in your 91 you'll need to get a cable to hydro conversion or actually make the car hydro(i.e. installing the master cylinder, running lines, etc).
Just get a S1, J1, or USDM YS1 and install LSD or JDM YS1 trans with LSD. They have the same gear ratios as the ITR trans, making it essentially the same trans as the ITR but in cable form.

The first ITR's were in Japan in 96 and the US in 97.
