problems problems problems... please help

hi im new on honda-tech and i have a 92 DB1 teg with a 2000 gsr motor swap and have ran into some problems after my friends and i were doing a wire tuck,
one of my friends hooked my battery up with out grounding everything out and it started a fire on the transmission ground. so now everything is grounded out and all the fuses are replaced and my thermostat needel and gas needle are stuck wide open and my fuel pump isnt turning on, but my motor will try and turn over, but since the fuel pump wont come on it wont crank.
oh and my side markers stay on even tho the car is off and key is out of the ignition and my HIDs arent blown and neither are the fuses but they wont come on but my corners will.

need some quick feedback please and thank you

start looking at all the wiring, i put a GSR in my DB4 and used an unknown GSR wire harness and all the wires from my seat back to the fuel pump fused together(melted), took 2 days to figured out and rewire everything, Good Luck

my bad lol i just copied my post from there too this whole problem im having is just baffling me
and it ran completely fine before i started the tuck and now that it is done im having all of these problems... just annoying lol

Hooking the battery up without all your grounds will not start a fire. My guess is you f***ed up your wire tuck and wired in at least one wire wrong. You should probably RECHECK all of your wiring because you definitely have something effed up. I don't know what you want to hear from us other then you messed up your wiring.

Could have blown a fuse or a relay for the fuel pump, chances are you fried that wiring too.

Sorry to hear, but start tracing wires.

yea checking all my wires was the last thing i wanted to hear lol but i appreciate the feed back guys, looks like i now have plans for the weekend lol
