hey i have a question for you i have a 89 b16a are all the parts similar to the del sol b16 ?.Cause i need to get a fan switch and they don't have my engine at stores

You can do that or you can look a majority of your parts up by the B17. The sensor you mentioned should be the same on the B17.
Not everything is the same, but things like the gaskets, seals, and some sensors are the same.

ok.So I'm looking for the Coolant Temperature switch the one that is by the thermostat but no luck finding it any suggestions.Thanks for all the help you give me

Never mind i found it ill go to ask parts store's tomorrow.I'll ask for b17 parts since you said their similar

im having the same problem. My fan wont work either. Try checking the fan relay. Itll be right behind the passenger front headlights, and its black with a rubber cover over it, directly in front of the battery tray. Theres 4 terminals. Apply voltage to the coil terminals and see if you get continuity between the 2 terminals going to the fan. If theres no continuity there then the relays bad. Try that before changing the control module. Terminals 1 and 2 are the coil, apply power to those and 3 and 5 are the power in and power out to the fan.
