AND PRELUDE B20 INJECTORS'SO I DID MY LIL MATCH ON

He is new to club integera and he can use all the help he can get
He's had problems in the past with his teg.
He flushed his fuel injectors and ended up clogging them.
So with the little money he had, he went to the junk yard and got a set of D16-91 injectors and a set of B20 injectors off of a 90 prelude
He didn't care if they were smaller because he wants to do an ls/vtec swap anyway (with no money)
He just wants it to start and pass smog (so from california)
It looked fine to run the b20 prelude injectors
The car runs on a high idle when driving and idling at a stop
When he does a cold start it takes a little more effort to start possibly because of a fuel filter.
He wants to know the solution to fix it.
Also if all the parts and working correctly will it still pass smog?(Because he doesn't have money to keep retesting it while saving for his ls/vtec swap)
The car is a 91 integra ls
Motor is a B18A1
