OP, it sounds like you have already made up your mind and you're asking for our opinion to help you justify and rationalize your decision. I think you should go with your gut instinct on this one.

I'm still good friends with the girl I lost my virginity to 10 years ago. We've been close friends since 6th grade. Never dated, never had feelings for each ther. We were just legit "fukcbuddies" and still very good friends. She lives 6 houses away, she stops by to see my son, wife, and myself on occassion. My wife knows our past, and knows it is the past.


Jelousy is the start to a VERY bad relationship. Ever see the stories on the crime shows? Almost every female murdered is out of jelousy! And every guy is murdered over money....


I also have a few very good (girl) friends I've never hooked up with. Slept in same bed dozens of times, watched movies cuddling, but never once hooked up.


Bottom line- anything is possible, and it is what YOU make of it (or allow it to become)

Guys get attatched too ya know. It's not all about the orgasm.

I've had legit good times with a few friends that noone else can ever compare to, including my wife. That's just how life works. The more open minded someone is, the better off in life they will be :)

I married a thai girl and it's very common in thai culture. it's more like they enjoy the company (and probably the flirt) more than the sex?? i don't get it but whatever. In american culture it's rare. I personally know I couldn't and thats why i only spend time with girls who are friends when my wife is with me... shit happens and i don't want to be responsible so i take precautions because i know who i am (and i love my wife).

now if the girl is big or just ugly, that's another story.

just giving honesty. don't take offense.
