What to offer for wheels?

So I got tired of browsing neighboring cities on CL for wheels so I posted a WTB ad. Got offered a set of LS Meshies to take a look and make offer. If they turn out nice what should I offer? Army guy not made of $$ here but don't want to insult or lowball the guy. Also what should the untrained eye look for when checking them out? Thanks

I picked up my meshies up in very good condition for $200 (no tires), if that gives you an idea.

I regret buying them though, wish I woulda just went aftermarket.

I would say $150-$200 in good condition & Tires included or excluded. $250 with newer tires

OK...new delima. Got offered a set of Fat Fives last night for $225. Sort of a poll here...my car is black. Mesh or Fat 5's?

i like fat fives on the DA or blades if you can get em lol
I think meshies overkill it on the DA chassis

Yes, you'd need to run a spacer to run HX's. I think you need a 9 or 10mm spacer.
