Acura emblem for a teg steering wheel?

I'm in the process of doing a black interior change over, and was wondering about the steering wheel. I'm planning on gettin a 98-01 wheel with the acura emblem but was wondering if i could take a silver emblem from a newer acura steering wheel and fit it to mine? Or does anyone know if i can get an aftermarket one that will fit?

The only way of doing this without it looking trashy would be to sand down the etched emblem on the wheel to a flat surface, then glue on the new emblem. Keep in mind, it would probably fly off in the event of airbag deployment.

that sounds dangerous id look in a junk yard for the wheel youd like to put in prob get a good deal

Always the slight chance it could impale itself in the driver too..
