Here is my bumper after some touch up. I need to give the car a wash and re-buff the other areas I touched up. You can still see the scratches from the sand paper in certain light conditions.
did you us a buffer? its good, were you able to salvage the lip?

ONLY couches pull out!!!!
Sorry stephen, wasnt up to doing anything today so I didnt bother calling. I slept most of the day to not feel the ill effects of my drinking last night haha.

I did take my first picture with my new phone, the HTC Inspire. Its sporting an 8mp camera, so it will most likely replace my 8mp point and shoot for most of my pictures. When I do have something big to work on though, I will still pull out the point and shoot as I can get better quality from it.

I did. I have a PC 7424XP. I need to go over it again and then use some glaze to bring out the shine. It is pot marked with ruck chips, so its not perfect, but it is a lot better than before. The lip still rests in the garage. It is rough paint-wise. Some of the mounting spots will need some work either from a plastic welder or epoxy.

looks naked w/o a lip
I know, it does. I think I may lower it down a little bit more when the weather gets nicer. Seems really high without the lip.

Well the car has had some issues starting the past couple days. She turned on Monday with a jiggle of the positive battery terminal and a couple taps on the starter. Unfortunately, on the way to work I noticed the lights dimming and power options not performing like they should (i.e. windows). I turned her around and drove home. When I got there, I saw that the voltage at my battery was sitting at 9v with the car running. Alternator certainly wasnt charging the battery.

After getting home from work I did some trouble shooting, and figured it was simply a loose connection at my positive battery terminal. I did some grinding to get a better connection and tried to crank her over (without a jump). I had enough power to at least crank it, but the starter didnt click at all. I figured why not just rebuild the starter, and here we are. Took the starter out (which is always a pain) and replaced the contacts in it. I got the parts from Toyota with the part numbers on this T-I.net thread. Totaled out to $40, a bit more than it cost back in 2005 ($20).

Now if she doesnt charge herself like she should tomorrow when I get around to jumping her, then I will attack the alternator, and potentially upgrade to a Legend alternator (which I hear is 90amps over the Integra's 70amp alternator).

Pictures, taken with my phone. Alternator with old contacts, and then the old/new side by side. Since you can reasonably assume what the alternator looks like as a whole, and where it sits in the engine bay, I will refrain from posting those... :)

good stuff to know about the legend alternator, did you try disconnecting the positive wire to see if the car stayed on just with the alternator?

Didnt have time to do any testing in the morning. I noticed on the way to work and had to drop of the car and take my truck in. I havent had much time after work to do any real diagnostics, its a little here and a little there.

I'll know tomorrow if it was actually just a loose connection and worn starter contacts though.

It never is though. Jumped it today, let it run for a little while. When I took the cables off, the voltage dropped and she slowly died. Guess I need a new alternator.

Great job with the starter bro :thumbs up.
Thanks. Turned over really quick, but im afraid thats not the problem.

The stock 105A alternator has all the power necessary to handle this system.

And it looks like the Legend alternator is 105A. Time to dig up the specs on the OEM Integra alternator.
Edit: factory is 90amp

It'll be a drop in. I believe the 91-95 Legend alternators use the same plug. Lucky for me there are a couple at the local pick-n-pull so I will go see if one is still in the engine bay.

Also, there are 7 integra's on the lot. 4 of which being 94 or 95 integras. Maybe I will get some black interior? Hmm???

Hmm, is right, i've been thinking about the same thing, you should do it
Unfortunately because I have a sedan, they are a bit harder to come by. All of the panels and plastics are different. Theres a good chance I wont see a sedan there... but theres always a possibility.
