90-91 EXHAUST GUYS: need a n00b question answered

picked up a Vibrant oval with custom 2.5" piping.. any suggestions for a header? trying to keep the header cheap due to low funds and needing to get the DA on the road.

DC. It's inexpensive and decent quality. BTW, you need a 4-2-1 set up unless you get a traction bar or notch out the crossmember.

If its a catback it will work with your stock header and cat.

me? no im just asking ive always had older 4x4 toys, like 12' lifts ect, and on the 350 stock "headers" were called manifolds, i was wondering if its the same for these cars

Regardless. I think you will need to modify. The header has nothing to do with the axleback. The piping is what matters

Exhaust Manifold and Header are the same thing.
Here's the thing. You can't just say manifold. There's an Intake Manifold and Exhaust Manifold.

It's also easier just to say header rather than to differentiate from the intake and exhaust manifold.
