Fans not coming on

i checked the wires earlier, the wires are getting power all the way up into the fan. I tested the green clip for power and it is in fact getting power to the fan. So something isnt telling the fans that they need to come on. So i guess ill check that fan switch tomorrow

yea i hate electrical issues man. Definitely not my strong point. So is there a way to test that fan switch, or basically just get a new one and see what it does. And thanks for the pics man, really gonna help out alot on what to look for

its hard to tell if its gone bad but your first sign is that they don't turn on at all when you need them, my fans turned on whenever they felt like it then they never turned on at all

yea my fans have been working up until yesterday and today. And since the wires going to the fan are still getting power then to me it sounds like that fan switch is bad and its not telling the fans to cut on

i checked all 3 fuses this morning when i first noticed it, i checked the cooling fan fuse, the condenser fan fuse, and the relay fuse, and all of them are good...Where is the relay located?
The relay is behind the passenger headlight.
If its 92-93 and the relay is not the issue check the fan switch where the thermostat housing is

That's actually the coolant temperature sensor (which just so happened to be the culprit when I was having the same issue.)

Wtf really? Perhaps it's different between the B18A and B17A?
Because on my B17, what Acura calls the coolant temperature sensor is on the t-stat housing, exactly like in your first picture there.

Do Wat I did. Lol. Call it lazy or not. Didn't feel like dealing with that atm so I ran my own wires and installed a switch for the fan...lol took maybe 5 minutes
