I have a 93 integra B18A1 with a automatic transmission. The mortor has a bad rod and is locked up so i picked up a B18B and five speed transmission off of a dude and want to drop it in and do a 5 speed swap i dont no if it is a cable or hydro trans how can i tell? Are the automatic and 5 speed drive shafts the same or do i need them to. New to the honda seen so if you guys could just help me out

What I Have

B18B
5 Speed Transmission
New Mounts
Shifter
Clutch

What I Need

Shift Linkage
Clutch Cable
Pedal Assemble
Flywheel
ECU
5 Speed Center Console

Can you help me finish this list.

If it's the stock trans for the B18b it's a hydro trans.
The half shaft for manuals and autos are a little different.
Make sure your clutch is for the right trans. 90-91 clutchs have a different input shaft than 92 and later. If you bought it for your 93 then you should be fine.

I can help you with a shiftboot with whatever color stitching you want. Just shoot me an email.

You also need a auto-manual trans mount

It looks like a cable trans it dosent have the hole in the bell housing... Since your integra is a 93 you should be able to put a 94-95 integra ls ECU in it.. I dont remember the ecu number... How much you pay for all that? Oh ya I would find some b18b cams or B20 cams. might as well get the best out of the motor when your swaping something better in...

LS ECUs are PR4 for 93 and P75 for the 94 and 95.

I will go to the garage this weekend and get the vin off the trans for you hope its a cable so there is less to buy for it then. And the research i have done on the b18b said it has a 9:6.1 to the b1's 9:4.1 if i remember correct and the cams should be the same and the jdm redline's at 7200 and the b1 at 6800. I will also get a pic of under the valve cover so you guys can see how clean this is. I paid 400 for the B18b, Transmission, Stage 2 Clutch, All new mounts, Two short throw shifters, and extra head.

PLANS FOR THE WEEKEND
If everything go's as planed i want to get the a1 out take and swap everything i need off of it to the b18b like cams, alt, fuel rail and injectors, a/c pump, and dizzy. Then hopefully drop it in with the 5 speed trans.

QUESTION'S
So can i use the auto axles for the 5 speed? I was also read on another thread not from this site that i will need a 5 speed intermediate shaft can someone verify that.

EDIT
Found a thread on the difference between the cable and hydro trans and its a hydro idk if i want to keep it now. I don't really have much experience in messing with transmission so i have never hooked up a complete master and slave cylinder and ran the lines.
