make sure you use an actual spring compressor so you dont kill someone too.

be careful with that compressor my friend was putting some springs on his ej and the spring shot out an broke the bone right under his eye!

Go check out H&R sports. They are about $200. Just don't lower your car on stock struts, they'll blow in no time.

As for installing them, go rent a spring compressor at your local auto parts. They should have them for cheap or for free. I know here in So.cal you can rent tools for free. Make sure you compressor the springs well or else you'll end up like that guy's friend who broke his cheek bone.
