Hello, I have a 90 integra gs in need of motor mounts . Driver side, passenger side and rear mounts are shot, my question is can i just buy inserts instead of buying the whole mount , i dnt have much money and and i really cant afford 200 for motor mounts :(

im pretty sure they sell inserts for them. The top ones are made by some company and the bottom ones are by energy

The last time I tried to buy inserts for my G2 I found that the inserts are made to fill the space left unfilled by the stock mounts. They don't replace all the rubber. So you'll need a set of mounts that aren't broken to put the inserts in.
The Energy Suspension insert kit is about $30. You can pair that with stock replacement mounts from your local auto parts store and you'll have a decent set up.

or actually window silicone will fix them, but they will become solid mounts

i got the energy suspension and prothane kits on my GSR and they vibrate like crazy...
i dont mind it but some people will hate it

it does make the launch better and when i crank the car it really feels more "alive"
kind of cool i guess
