if your just swapping a gsr engine in, use the ecu that it came with and its engine wiring harness.

well you need the wiring that goes from the vtec solenoid to the ecu to work. ( idk this from personal experience, ive just done ALOT of reading up on it)

WAIT WHAT??? you want a gsr swap but you want to make it LS vtec?

First of all, you need a OBD0 to OBD1 conversion harness for your dizzy and ecu.

Then if you want to do a gsr swap just use the ls harness and run two wires to the solenoid and your ecu

for ls vtec, do the ls vtec conversion and do the same for the wiring,

BUT if you want the gsr intake manifold you need a p72 ecu

this^^^ it sounds like he has the whole gsr engine, and wants to know about the swap and mixed it up with an LS-V conversion

oh yeah. thats the easiest way i suggest finding a b17 tranny or a cable b16 tranny or doing the hydro conversion

no offense intended at all man, but if you cant understand what any of the how to articles are explaing, your best bet is to pay out the ass and have someone else do this, OR find a gsr engine and swap that in.(along with a gsr ecu etc..)
