Front end help, Headlights, licence plate holes

So this is what I'm working with

I want new 1 piece headlights because the 3 pieces are a bit ugly, and the fogs are gone (cloudy). Fogs are also empty shells, no bulb housing, the wires are cut.

First question. from the pic above am I missing some clips, or something cause bumper is not aligned. and headlight is lower with a gap along the hood.

^ next question how do I cover up these holes? last guy DRILLED the licence plate holes as you can see.
I and relocating my licence plate to a different location lower and to the side.
I also have big paint chips, how should I go about covering them, the small paint applicator or spraying it?

Lots of questions, but im new at this... I never felt the need to mod my 05 civic, but with my integra there are so many possiblities, you know what I mean? and if these are 'dumb' questions forgive me as im just a highschool chick with no exp.!

For starters, go on craigslist and find some nice OEM tail lights.

Was the car in any sort of fender bender? The front clip could be tweaked just enough for the bumper to not align correctly.

This^ They have license plate hole plugs, look for those. paint you'll probably have to just touch up

pep boys has paint you can buy that is identical to the stuff on your car, just go look under honda and look for your color code/name

look on the interwebs for a walkthrough, but it shouldnt be difficult.

It's not difficult. Take out trunk interior, take out 4 bolts and pop lights out.

so should I just get fogs from the junkyard and find the housings for the fogs as well? and align the bumper..... somehow... lol

Try to find some one pieces if you like them. Check out the junkyard for the new fog capsules.
