You might be in the 150whp range with those mods. I would think no more than 165whp.

why not start with bolt ons....intake, header and exhaust will get you idk...20 more HP?

They must have some good weed in VA, cause your high as all get out lol. Those 3 mods you just mentioned might get you 5-7whp


I will say you have less then 130whp right now. Rated at 140 from factory, lose 28% through drivetrain, add in 10-17 (depending on year of car) years of abuse on engine, I might be being too generous even giving it 130whp.

Making good power all motor on an LS isn't easy. Your best bet is to turbo and tune the LS if your wanting power

I would say you have like 5-10whp with that.
Swap in an engine swap... for a B18C

LS you can build the head up to 150whp and more than that will start getting difficult.

I didn't realize that the Integra had 28% drivetrain loss. That's damn near as much as an AWD. I thought it was closer to 17%.

maybe I was thinking 28% for automatic car, my bad, either way its going to be under 130whp if he were to dyno it right now lol. For sake of an argument we'll do the math using 28 or 17 percent

17% Calculation
140x.17= 23.8
140- 23.8= 116.2

28%
140x.28-39.2
140-39.2= 100.8

Add 5-7WHP and your still under 130whp no matter which figure is correct lol.

Its all good man, I am having cabin fever as well. Thus the reason I am on here so damn often haha, come on spring so I can go out in my car
