car gets cooler as the rpms go higher

So as my rpms go higher my thermostat drops. I checked it out and it needed replaced so I did and its still doing it lol I have drove it at high rpms until it should have over heated but the thermostat was over the c. So what's going on.

It blows hot air but its a new thermastat I've checked it its fine

Your temp gauge died, or is about to... lol Simple fix, and fairly cheap!

i agree with temp sensor being bad or the wires could of snapped, its happened to me in both my integras, the wires the clip goes just snapped

This didn't even occur to me at first but it's a valid point. As old as the car is, a wire being bad is a distinct possibility.

Just noticed if it sits at idle it will blue cold air I gotta have it at about 1.8-2.2k rpm to get warm.

What is the temp outside when this is happening? the higher rpm u turn the more coolant you flow I would be checking to see if the fan is constantly running. I dont know about imports but fans usually have a high fan and a low fan high fan kicks on with ac compressor and ac compressors on most vehicles are set to cycle with the defroster to circulate oils during winter. If it is really cold out a piece of cardboard between rad and condenser that cover half usually solve the problem bust u must remove it when above freezing temps. Now I dont know about imports but on american cars thats how Ive found it works.
