That is bullshit. That's one thing I love about Texas, they aren't afraid to kill people. Someone like that wouldn't stand a chance at a life sentence around here. I just wish they would make an express lane to save some taxpayer money. lol

There are a few states that used to do it. I think Idaho, Utah, Oklahoma and Nevada. But I think Oklahoma is the only one that it is still available in, of course it is not the primary method. I think Idaho banned it kind of recently.

If I was going to be put to death, I would want a firing squad. Seems like a proper way to go instead of being injected.

the only way i'd chose a firing squad is if it's in my sleep. the anticipation alone would kill me. i guess that's the point, though. i wouldn't mind being tickled to death.
