Lookin to boost but got some questions...

I tried searching and found nothing. But my questions are what turbo will spool at low rpm's and be pretty much useless above 7000 rpm? I want all my power mid range not where i rarely run my rpm's to. Should i replace everything internally before boosting or would low boost be ok?

Low boost will be fine with stock internals. I would recommend a Garrett GT2560R. It spools very quick and makes pretty decent power.
