If i were to slam?

rockadilla

thats right.
if i were to slam my integra what exactly should i do, or to watch for?
what do u mean? u'd have to watch out for: dips in the road, speedbumps, increases of elevation of more then .01%, pebbles, and giraffes.

or are u looking for what setup to go with?

If your going to be lowering your car. id just go with a full coilover system. Just so you don't have to buy separate.

I was just checking. I didn't want you to get into something you have no clue about.

Some people are either or on this subject.

Some people say that you must get a chamber kit, others say its pointless.
A chamber kit will help correct the wear on your tires a bit.

Your car will be more responsive, handle better wet and dry and your tires will last the manufacturers lifetime rating.
