Okay, i'll just come out and say it..

What the heck is the purpose of a strut bar?
To some extent (not very much) it stiffens the body for harder turns. If you don't race, its for show and bling 8)8)8)

I really couldn't ever justify one. I don't see it making that much of a difference.

Well as I said in the other thread, don't make multiple threads, as you can see you got the same answers, except people that didn't see this thread, could not see the answers that were already suggested.

So if you ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE it's the correct strut bar then we'll move to the next step.
You say that other cars you've seen with the strut bar do not have the fuse box right there.
What do you think you should do, maybe you should RELOCATE the fuse box so that your strut bar will fit?
If you don't want to, don't put the strut bar on.

/Thread.

I have seen people make a small bracket that mounts to the current fuse box location, and move the box a hair to the front of the vehicle. If you don't have skills to do it, maybe a machine shop could help bend a piece of metal, and drill a few small holes for you? If you have machinist friends, it could save a few clams! lol I could probably make something up, if I had the time! lol I am doing 40-60 hour weeks right now, though! lol

Im MEL.
when i was installing my strut bar i had to move the fuse box slightly, so i took off one bolt and scooted it over a little in order for it to fit.
