Whale Penis CF Intake... Any good?

I really like the look of the Whale Penis Carbon Kevlar Intake. Is it pretty much engine dress up with no gains or whats up with it? I think it would look good with a Red ITR valve cover and Carbon Kevlar Spark plug cover. :thumbs up

From your experience was it better than any other short ram, or about the same. I want at least enough high end boost as a short ram and the look is a major + since I don't race.

IMO its over rated. and there are better intakes(specialty filters) out there. but it will flow nice if you had cf spark plug cover.

fyi, this is the CF whale penis intake

man.. super old pic. i didnt even have my radiator then..
only difference i noticed, was that the intake sound resonates like a mo-fo. it sounded like i had an exhaust at WOT.

look at the size of that shit son! its as big as the valve cover!!

considering I have a stock GSR air box. That looks quite nice lol.
My car is completely stock and will only have bolt ons. "for now"

I'm trying to keep it as stock as I can. Even though I'm having a hard time doing so lol
