Speaking of sitting funny..

I welded in the new fender support without the hood on.. so when I got the hood on with the fender, I realized it was off by like 3/4 of an inch and I had to cut the welds and reweld it.

I'm in the same boat. My core support is bent as hell and my bumper/hood/lights don't align right. I'm interested to see how you fix the core support.

last night i picked up a hood from a local dude for $50 bucks and driver side headlights for $10

has one dent on the left side but its good for now.

i know mismatched colors....

also picked up some JDM Sidemarkers

That looks like the bumper support that is supposed to be attached to the inside of the bumper. On mine it's one piece. The plastic bumper is attached to this metal support beam and then that attaches to the bumper supports on both sides with 2 bolts.

Finally got my hood on, its white

its taken right outside of the collision repair in my town. pretty chill guy, he said he'll straight everything out for me for $300. not bad i think.

Hey man, $300 is great in my opinion.

And yes, that should be under your bumper. As you can see in the picture, mine is slightly tweaked right around the area where my drivers side head light is. I should really replace it, or at least take if off and straighten it up.

good news is that maybe next week or 2 weeks from now im gonna get the core support straighten from mr stan. (shop place)

Bad news is that it looks like im gonna lost the claim on my insurance. oh well.

My friends girl friend was driving in front of him and she thought she saw a dog and slammed on her brakes and he rear ended her. She called her insurance company and told them it was her fault and he called his insurance company and explained what happened and then he got stuck with it all. Insurance companies don't care who's fault it is. :evil:

did the other person even offer to pay for the damage out of their pocket or they just gonna not gonna pay period?

last time i got ran into dud ran into the back of me, i was gonna call the cop and get shit taken care of but he said he had a warrant lol so got his info next day he went to the shop and payed to get it fixed out of his pocket. maybe it was because he had more to loose i guess.(happened twice with to different ppl)
