Don't hurt me, i'm trying to learn.
Any links you want to throw in with some replies would be good too.
First question is about the tune. Everybody keeps stressing a tune whenever a turbo is involved. So I was wondering a few things.. I hear about people getting Hondata ecu's and such. Is this required or is it just "a good idea?" I heard that you can chip the stock OBD1 Ecu. (But not Obd0 or 2?) Is that true? Any other information about tuning could get sprinkled on top too.
Second question is about the exhaust. Is there a requirement for the size? Is it bad to run a stock exhaust, with no cat, or do I need to upgrade to a bigger pipe?
Regarding engine internals.. I am going to upgrade to ARP head studs but other than that it's going to be a stock block. Would it really be needed to upgrade the connecting rod bolts or can I skip that? Mind you, i'm not planning to exceed 300hp..
I can't think of my other questions right now.. so that will do. If anyone could answer these I'd be grateful. *Stares at Tam*
