da9 automatic seat belt?

Hey what's up I'm new to club integra and my first post is for some helpful advice. I got a 93 integra and the driver side automatic seat belt doesn't work, but I can't find a fuse for it anywhere! Please help cuz it drives my nuts watching the passenger side work. But not mine! Thanks

The fuses are under the hood. I think they're 30 amp, labeled PASSIVE L and PASSIVE R.
