They are out there. It just takes a lot of searching and a little bit of luck.
I paid ~$350 for the ATS Cups, but I had to drive almost 3 hours up to Murfreesboro, TN. definitely worth it though!

Paint will run about $3 a can at wal-mart. I only used one can on all 4 wheels. lol
I could have used more, but I was impatient, and it actually came out pretty good.
