o ya and also its dripping onto the exhaust. it also doesnt drip till it is warmed up. so im guessing its one of those hoses right by the t-stat. could it be a head gasket?

Since there are a couple of different fluids that circulate throughout our cars, im going to take a stab and say you are talking about coolant hoses.

We really cant tell you where your leak is. This is one of those things you need to track down and locate. To help you, you can purchase a dye that goes into the cooling system, that glows under UV light (sold in a kit, maybe $20?)

The head gasket wouldn't cause coolant to drip onto your exhaust. It would most likely mix with your oil before that ever happened.

Do what Jason said, go buy the UV dye and put it in the coolant.
There is absolutely no way we can tell you where your leaky hose is.

try looking at the hoses that go to the heater core, thats closes to the exhaust

Actually pretty much all of the coolant hoses can drip to the exhaust. Except maybe the upper and lower radiator hoses.
