Newbie to site - OIL CHANGE HELP

Ok, IM new to the integra world. Ive tried searching but there are too many different answers. What type of oil should i be using. I perfer Mobil 1 but do i need 5w30 or 10w30? Its a 1999 Acua Integra GSR. Also how many quarts? id look in my manual but the car didnt have one...:evil:

Ive read the 99 GSR takes 5.1 quarts..so its 4 quarts then? also car has 168k syntheic ok to use?

at 200000 miles would it be better to use a high mileage oil or a synthetic oil?
its never good to use a high mileage oil, they bloat your seals and will eventually lead to there premature failure.

BTW, just so people know, if your running F/I 5w-30 Mobil 1 is a bad idea, it doesnt handle the heat well.

Ask 100 people and you'll get 100 answers. I like Royal Purple. Seals can be replaced cheaper than whole engines. Besides, the manual recommends valve adjustment often enough that seals shouldn't be a consideration, since you'd be replacing them too. If an oil adversely affects valve guide seals, it shouldn't be on the market, imho.
Call the maker of the oil you plan to use and see what they say. I"ll bet they have a number on the jug. Or visit their web site.
