pcv valve

i have a 94 rs that has a b1 intake an a1 head and b1 block and tranny. i need to install a pcv valve because the dumbfuck i bought the car from took it out and capped a bunch of lines off does anyone know how my pcv should be setup since i have an a1 head that was cast in 91 and then the stock intake block and tranny????? please?

i forget which year came out with the PCV valve, i believe 96+ (OBD2) came out with it.

here's a pic of my motor. you could see where the PCV hose goes into the intake manifold.

yeah mines a 94 rs which is supposed to have a b1 head which has a pcv on the intake manifold i just needa know if the head and intake clash since they are different i need to see a 94 rs pcv setup

94-95 (obd1 non-vtec) does not have a PCV valve on the valve cover



so if you have an obd2 intake manifold, just plug up the inlet on the intake for the PCV hose.

yeah i know i dont have the obd2 the grommet where the pcv goes is on my intake manifold ill take pix in the morning so you can see basically i needa see where the hose that comes outta the crankcase comes from that runs into the bottom of the pcv

There is a breather box on the back of the motor, under the intake manifold. A small hose comes up from it and sits in the hole in between the middle intake runners on the manifold. From there, there is a PCV elbow that plugs into the hole, and a hose connects it to the little pipe on the intake manifold.

the hose for the pvc comes out of the top of the valve cover and into the intake manifold. not from the crank case. you must be talking about something else then.

What do you use to clean your valve cover with? and what strut tower bar is that, sorry for the off beat question.
