so heres the situation I recently purchased my 93 Acura Integra its my first car. I had to come up with a big school projct and i have decided to fix her up. Already in decent condition. The problem is i know nothing about cars or what i need to do and what i should do to get this thing to its full potential.
the biggest problem ive noticed is that she shakes and just seems to be idle pretty rough but smooths out pretty good once i get her over 30. Also bottoms out pretty easy.
So im looking for suggestions on things to replace to make the car all that it can be.

Welcome to the site, were you looking to like..add more power to the car, or just get it to like a stock/brand new sort of thing?

Knowing its your first car i would get a tune up. Maintenance is key. Your not telling us information for us to help. If its running rough it could be a number of things.

What have you done so far maintenance wise?

If you bottom out easily, it sounds like its lowered.

im looking to add more power without a doubt.
Pretty much everything is stock right now.
I really have no clue as to what to check for and what my options are.

Well the best i can do to describe the problem is to say that the cab vibrates and rattles really bad. I know it needs an alligment but people ive talked to do not think that should be causing such a bad vibration. It was lowered and someone said that when this was done the suspension may not have been adjusted and this could be causing it or that its possible the motor mounts are bust. any idea how to check this?
or suggestions that will improve the power of the car?
