I Want To Go Fast !!

So i have a stock 91 integra Dohc Non Vtec ... to me thats fast but i want to go faster, what are some good upgrades that will make my car go faster ? what are the little thing i could buy to get more HP :)

first off how is that fast??? faster then a pogo stick... maybe.....

Best HP to cost ratio is NOS lol, but if u want to actually be able to drive ur car more then once then a turbo is the next best choice. But unless u have at least $2k to spend thats probably not an option. most people buy an air intake, header, and an exhaust for these cars and call it a day.

what kinda of power do u want? and whats ur budget?

well not fast but i have beaten acouple jettas and civics lol .. but i mean how can i make my car go up against an Evo Mr or a G35 .. how can i upgrade my car to be that fast =]

no offense, but I saw your other thread where you don't even know how to check for spark.... :shock: maybe you should just take it easy for a while and learn a bit more about your car before you start modding. Your best bet for some speed, just saying, would be to do a full weight reduction, a k series swap (or j series), a super charger, and a full engine build

youll never get to hang with an evo. especially an mr unless you dump 3k+ into it. you wanna be fast? buy a lamborghini reventon.

My car is a 92 teg, five speed. All i have is a cold air intake, full exhaust. short shifter and a tuned ecu and i have pulled, srt4s, several mustangs and 2 si hatchs. But in a couple months my a1 is going to b fully built and dyno tuned, simply because all my friends done the obvious thing(vtec swaps) so i decided just to build what i have. U want a little more power get all the bolt ons, order a tuned and chipped ecu and get good plugs and plug wires, upgrade to a slightly stiffer valve spring and it will b as fast as you would need. Not way its gonna beat an evo mr, but it will b quicker. I have had mine up to 135 and still had a little left, if thats fast enough for you.

Then those people didnt know how to drive.

OP: basic bolt ons will not help you go much faster, though you may get the feeling (because of the sound) that you are. These basics are Header, Intake, Exhaust. The real power is made when you couple these with higher compression pistons, bigger cams, and larger valves. A VTEC motor has all of these.

hahaha thats why theres mechanics so i wont have to do all that .. its just curiosity, so some someday i could upgrade my car to be faster but a daily driver :thumbs up

see thats what i want to beat or at least keep up with a Mustang GT or an Srt ... thats what i typically see around my area, im tired of gettin spanked on by muscle cars ( sounds lame but its the truth lol )

i over exaggerated by saying Evo Mr, i just want to know the little upgrade on how to make a quick little car =]
