Hey guys, I bought my Integra fro red98teg sometime around July or August and I've been meaning to get on here. I had an auto 97 Accord because I needed a car and we found it in great condition from a guy who lived down the street from us. I found this awesome manual teg and jumped on it the first day it was for sale. I love it. Performance wise it came with a shortram intake and it sounds awesome. I want to do so much more but I don't know much, so I'll be posting whenever I have time or a question. I've been reading for a month or so and I have learned so much. Hopefully I can get it painted soon, my friend knows a guy who has experience painting so we might paint our cars with his roommate in their garage. But anyways, hopefully I can learn a bunch more and get this thing going. Sorry for my long spiel, I'm sure most of you guys are wondering why haha.

So anyways, look forward to posting and learning more.

Also, I don't know if this is ok (if not, Mods please tell me), I have a question about my car's suspension. Sometimes when I have a passenger or two, usually with two, my car bottoms out on some turns. I can't really tell if it's the suspension hitting or if it's the tire scraping the frame. What would you think I need to replace? I have a friend who works for his dad as a mechanic, should I just go show him?

as for the question we dont know what ur car looks like so we cant give u a straight answer, if Adel has any balls :lol: then its because the car is low. And if thats the case then 1. drive slower. 2. be a pussy and raise the car. 3. the suspension is effing broke to shit. But i dont think Adel is the type of person to sell u a broken car, especially if u live down the street from him, so id just say u should learn how to drive a lowered car (which is slow) :thumbs up

Welcome to the site. Im sure Adel (red98teg) will be in here soon enough.

and as for your problem my guess is Adel has the car slammed so you have to driver slower (as rockadilla said), especially over bumps. You can always raise the car back up if you dont like it, but then the car wont look as good.

But it all depends on the suspension set-up. Adel, when you see this post up what the suspension was.

Well Adel wasn't the one who I lived down the street from. That was the Accord. I don't think it is. When no one is in the car, it kinda looks like I'm about to go mudding, plus he didn't say anything about it being lowered. He was really up front with me when he was showing it to us. I'll get some pics up soon, but I think it's just the suspension. It really isn't bumps though, because I make sure I go slow if it's a crazy bump. It mostly happens on turns.

Once again, I'll get some pictures up as soon as I can.

well how old was the dude that sold it to u? Adel has a younger brother and obviously a dad lol. And i think Adels 20 now. but either way pics will be a big help. if u can when u take pics, then jack the car up really fast and take a pic or 2 of the front shocks/springs. one look at those and we will probably be able to answer ur question.
