ok i just got this integra about a week ago. it need some work done to it and i was looking for addvice on some things. the first things i did was replace the fuel filtter, and changed the gasket on the oil pan. the car still leaks a small amout of oil and i cant find where its coming from. i also need to replace the trany or something 3rd gear is out, when i go to put it into 3rd and take the cluch out it starts to grind. now idk if i need a whole new trany or what. but really other than that the car is pretty good. if someone knows anyother things i should look at please let me know i want this car to be in great running condition.

get a new or used tranny it will be cheaper than rebuilding. check all of the gaskets. the best way is to go to a car wash and use there tire and wheel cleaner to spray on the motor with it off. let it soak for about 10 minutes then spray it off drive it to your house and check it for oil leaks. then you will know what gasket to replace.

check the oil pressure switch near the oil filter it always leaks , also the pcv box on the back of the block leaks . i also would like to know if anyone makes a plug to delete that box

are these things easy to fix? plus im looking for a used or rebuilt trany where can i start looking and whats that going to cost me. also i want to do it myslef how hard of a project would that be.
